If it has been less than a year since you purchased it we will replace the whole unit if you contact customer service at (877) 989-6321, 7AM-7PM MST, M-F. If it has been over a year we do not have individual parts and you would need to contact Paragon to order those. If you need the contact information for them please email ProductSpecialist@Gaiam.com
Thank you for your question. The under the counter filter requires attachment to your cold water line, and you would need to either use the existing sink sprayer, or drill a hole in the sink for the dispenser if you do not have a sink sprayer attachment.
