Questions & Answers for Sunflower Showerhead

Question
Where does the insert go?
I just received this showerhead. There is a small black plastic/rubbert piece included in the materials, but there are no instructions regarding where it goes. Is this the low flow insert? Where does it go?

It should sit under the filter on the ball joint. Once you put the filter back in it will hold it in place. However that black insert is to slow the flow of the shower head and is not needed unless you find the pressure is to great.
