Can this system be attached to my existing faucet or do I need to install a separate faucet for drinking water only? Is that included or purchased separately?
This would have its own spigot that is included. However you would need to have a hole or drill a whole into your sink for the spigot. This does need to be installed by a license plumber or someone that has lot of plumbing experience.
Reverse Osmosis is considered the best way to filter water. I would rather Reverse osmosis my entire house than to buy bottled water which has been reverse osmosis-ed. Is this for the entire house?
I've read the description many times and still can't figure out how much this filters. I don't know what 50 gallons translates to. The picture looks like it is set up under the sink, does that mean it only works for one sink? Does one really use 50 gallons of water in the kitchen every day? Or can it be used for the whole house? In which case, it seems like 50 gallons is a tiny amount.
