I'm glad most of the chlorine is being filtered out, but how much zinc and copper are left in the water? What is the bi-product of the reaction of chlorine with zinc and copper?
Thank you for your question. The manufacturer has tested this product to meet EPA and Food and Drug Administration standards for levels of zinc and copper in water. The process is not toxic and does not cause any adverse side effects.
the intructions said in order to activate the bath ball is to run several gallons of hot water through it , how am I'm suppose to know if i ran enough hot water through it because your hot water don't stay hot all day long if you keep running it without letting the hot water heater build up again. The instructions also said when your not using the bath ball to keep the bath ball in water in it's container do the water in the container have to be hot because leaving it in the container over night the water will get cool?
For the Bath Ball Faucet Filter, the vendor recommends running 6-10 gallons of hot water to activate the first use of the filter. Once installed and running the initial hot water through has been completed, the filter will stay it activated until you install a replacement filter.
