It is 15 inches on a small and goes up an inch each size.

The sleeve length on the small is 31 1/2" and it goes up 1/2 inch per size. This was taken with a three point measurement (bent arm).

Because it is Organic cotton I would recommend ordering up a size if you are in between sizes to insure that it will still fit properly after it shrinks from its first wash. We cut to compensate for the shrinking that occurs, but if you're in between sizes it could be the difference in it fitting or not.
