are the DVD`s in the "Baby Ready Yoga Kit" (05-52222) the same as those offered individually - Prenatal Yoga DVD (90-0020) and Postnatal Yoga DVD (90-0060)? If yes than the mat, block and strap is "for free", right?
The prenatal yoga can be beneficial regardless of whether you are pregnant. As with any exercise program, we recommend reviewing the workout with a doctor if you are not sure if it is right for you.
