Does the hot water have to be boiled?
I already drink a lot of 'hot water' from the faucet (ours gets very hot)
not boilrd. Is it as effective as boiled water? I mean, my tap water's hot enough to make tea!

Thank you for your question. You should not have to boil your drinking water, unless there is a problem with the water quality in your area. In general, the ayurvedic recommendation is that water should not be taken cold.
