Does the strength building portion of this DVD differ from the Abs Yoga for Beginners DVD, and if so, in what way? What are the instruction/language audio options for this DVD? Thanks!
It might include similar poses but the Core Cross Train DVD is 100min long where Abs Yoga is only 30 min long. The Core Cross train DVD is going to focus on all the muscles in your torso (back and abs) where the Abs Yoga is going to be an Abs focus only.
