She does not currently do any type of physical exercise and I need to get her doing someting and I think yoga would be perfect for her, however I am not sure what to start her with - I want something that will explain the poses and be "easy" for her and provide her the stretching and relaxation that she needs. I think this is a good program to start anyone off with. If you get it and it is a little to hard for her it can always be exchanged or refunded even after it has been viewed. Without being able to see her mobility in person it is hard to say how "easy" it will be for her. There is an older version which we no longer have in stock that has a Spanish track. If you look around online and find a version of him in shorts and no shirt on the cover it will have a Spanish track. The version currently for sale through us is in English only.1 month, 2 weeks ago
