The Fish pose is not used, the Tree Pose once in the Total Session, and the only push up type pose would be the Downward Dog.
The DVD has 4 Sections:
Total – This session incorporates Standing, Sitting, Laying on Mat poses such as Cobra and Downward Dog.
Upper – This session incorporates the standing portion of the Total segment.
Lower – Sitting Poses
Abdominal Strengthening – This incorporates laying poses on a mat.
