I just received my restorative Yoga kit and althrough I have other videos from Rodney Yee, this one moved to quickly for me. As soon As I got comfortable in one pose we moved to another. Is it possible to return the restorative kit and try the beginners kit? Does the beginners kit move slower and hold the poses longer. I did not open the blocks or mat - I have my own.

Hello. What materials are the straps, mat, and brick made of? Are these items recyclable? Thanks.
