This item is the DVD only and doesn't feature the gloves like the Yoga Burn Set did. We no longer sell the set. This DVD doesn't require gloves but is in the same style as the DVD from the set. If you wanted to get the same affect as the set you could use wrist and or ankle weights, which can be found locally.
