The "mat" folds in half. When open, the size is from neck to just below hips. It slopes from about 6 inches down to 1 inch thick. The face cradle is 3 separate parts with Velcro -a foam face cradle with two foam rectangles under it to support it. The foot part is just a separate bolster. There are elastic straps sewn on that make it all kind of fit together for transport. The set is smartly designed but very low tech. Mine has lasted fairly well but it seems grossly over priced. It is basically three specially shaped bolsters.
