Does the Lite Weight Shoulders Back have a weight in the center of the back?
The picture looks like there is a bump there. My daughter carries a backpack every day and it would be very uncomfortable if there were any type of lump there.

Yes the Medium should fit seeing as the sizing adjusts greatly. We do not carry a Small because it is consider a youth size by the vendor and didn't sell well when we offered it.

Thank you for your question. We will not be restocking the size small. You should be able to wear the size medium with this measurement.

Measurements for the Lite Weight Shoulders Back are taken around the rib cage, under the bust. Recommended sizing: M (up to 38" chest) fits most women, L (over 38" chest) for men. It is machine washable, hang or lay flat to dry.
