If a computer's power is completely turned off at a normal shutdown, the computer will draw from the internal battery to retain current dates and times. In that scenario, the internal battery will have to be replaced more frequently.
80% of the parts in the unit are currently RoHS compliant, and BITS Limited is in the process of getting the remaining 20% switched over to be compliant parts currently.
