Is the prenatal yoga video okay for those who are relatively new to yoga
I have not practiced yoga in many years now. I have worked with your balance ball videos for the last 5 years. I am now pregnant and I cannot find a yoga class in my area for anyone that is pregnant.

This DVD is a beginner level DVD however it is of a safe program for someone who is pregnant which is something to keep in mind because not all poses should be done during certain trimesters. If you feel it is not challenging enough for you after doing it once you can send it back for a refund.
