The Balance Ball is available in 55 cm, 65 cm, or 75 cm sizes. This is the height of the ball when fully inflated.

Are the balance ball DVDs in this pack sold separatly?
I already have the BalanceBall For Weight Loss DVD that's sold through this sight. This duel DVD set has a DVD with the same title but a diffferent cover. Are these the same DVD just with a different cover?
