Questions & Answers for Yoga For Beginners DVD

Question

No because Yoga is a practice made of stretching it is not necessary to stretch prior to doing the DVD. The DVD will lead you through a proper warm up before moving into deeper stretching.

Question
Where do I get the bolster used in the VHS version of this?
I'm assuming it's also used in the DVD version, though it doesn't say here. I've looked everywhere, but can't find either the tubular bolster used in this DVD or the rectangular one mentioned in one of the others.

Question
Can people with fibromyalgia safely use the yogo dvd?
I have fibromyalgia and have tried yoga. The first class I took caused great pain. I know that yoga can be good for me, but I know that I need to start slowly and go gently. Does this DVD allow for this?
