I got the DVD, and it seems to be fine, but I don't have the ability to exercise in front of the TV, and my memory to memorize all the different exercises is not what it used to be. Not to mention, I may want to mix the different exercises up, as opposed to repeating the same routine over again. A poster or something illustrating the different exercises would be a big plus and would allow other to use the ball, without having to borrow the one and only DVD. And yes, I do encourage them to go and by one.
