Choosing a mat thickness is somewhat a personal decision. While thicker mats do offer cushioning for your knees and ankles they are heavier. 1/8" Mats are probably the most popluar thickness of mat due to there responsivness, sticks firmly to the floor, and low cost. The Premium mats offer 1/4" thickness for better padding.

No this mat is made of Natural Rubber and cotton.

At this time we only offer it in blue. We have offered several different versions of our natural rubber and cotton mats so I am sure, someday we will offer this in a different color.
