Is this intended to be used on top of a sticky mat?

I currently do Pilates at the gym using a yoga mat with a "fitness" cushioned mat on top. If I use just this fitness mat for Pilates, will it slip on the wood floor?

Thank you for your question. This mat can be used alone for Pilates mat work, and will not slide on a wood floor.
