My table doesn't fold away for storage. In order to get upright -- one thing I was worried about when doing it alone -- it's a balancing act. When you bring your arms above your head, you'll go almost completely vertical. When you bring your arms to your chest and extend them, you can move upright, then grab the handles to finish dismounting. I stay on the table for 10 mintues per session 2x per day -- I find that gives me the relief I need. I also find that at that point, I start to feel strain at the top of my feet. I would recommend wearing shoes when using the table.
